How Our Team Supports Your Order
Specification confirmation: Before quotation, our team helps buyers confirm product grade, chemical composition, particle size, packing method, order quantity, destination port and application requirements.
Sample support: Samples can be discussed according to product type, sample quantity and shipping conditions. For some metallurgical materials, sample cost or freight cost may need to be confirmed before dispatch.
Document coordination: Our team can coordinate common order and shipment-related documents according to product type and buyer requirements. For quality-related documents such as COA, MTC or MSDS, buyers may also refer to our Certificates and Quality page.
Inspection arrangement support: When third-party inspection is required, ZhenAn can assist with inspection schedule communication, sampling arrangement and pre-shipment coordination based on buyer requirements.
Packing and labeling support: Export packing can be confirmed according to product characteristics, handling conditions and buyer requirements, including jumbo bags, small bags, drums, pallets or customized packing when applicable.
Shipment coordination: Our team supports loading photos, container loading coordination and shipment document preparation under FOB, CFR or CIF terms according to the confirmed order arrangement.
After-sales communication: After delivery, we continue to support buyers with document confirmation, goods receiving feedback and repeated order communication.
