What Mn99.95 EMM Flakes Are
Mn99.95 EMM flakes are high purity electrolytic manganese metal flakes with Mn content of 99.95% minimum. Compared with Mn99.70 and Mn99.80, this grade has tighter limits on C, P, Si and Se, so it is used when the alloy formula needs cleaner manganese input and stricter trace element control.
This grade is mainly selected for precision alloy production, high-purity material systems and small-batch alloy preparation. In these applications, the value of Mn99.95 is not only its high manganese content. The lower impurity level helps your technical team reduce unwanted elements from the manganese source before the material enters the formula.
Mn99.95 flakes are usually supplied as silver-gray irregular manganese metal flakes. The flake form is easier to weigh and batch than large metal pieces, and it is cleaner to handle than fine manganese powder.
