Production Process

The production process of electrolytic manganese flakes is divided into four steps: preparation of manganese salt solution, construction of electrolytic cell, electrolysis process and separation of manganese flakes. The preparation of manganese salt solution is the key to the whole process, and high-purity manganese salt and water are required to ensure the quality of manganese flakes.

The construction of electrolytic cell requires the use of suitable materials, such as glass, plastic or ceramic, to avoid contamination by impurities. The electrolysis process needs to control the current density and electrolysis time to control the morphology and quality of manganese flakes. Finally, the manganese flakes need to go through steps such as separation, cleaning and drying to obtain the final product.
