‌Transportation tools‌
Ferrosilicon can be transported by bulk carriers or containers. The inside of the container must be kept dry and appropriate moisture-proof measures must be taken‌.
Severe bumps and vibrations must be avoided during transportation to prevent ferrosilicon particles from breaking, oxidizing or deteriorating‌.

‌Safety protection‌
Ferrosilicon must avoid contact with acids and alkalis during transportation to prevent corrosion and deterioration.

Avoid contact with flammable items to avoid fire or explosion accidents‌.

‌Stowage and lashing‌
When stowing ferrosilicon, avoid loading it in the same cabin with goods that are easy to evaporate and liquid goods to prevent hydrogen release‌.
When loading close to the bulkhead, padding must be done well, and the top bag must be tied to prevent stacking‌.
