Silicon Carbide Powder

Silicon carbide (English: silicon carbide, carborundum), chemical formula SiC, commonly known as emery, gemstone name diamond, natural mineral is moissanite, a ceramic-like compound formed by bonding silicon and carbon, silicon carbide is found in nature as moissanite. It exists in the form of mulberry, a rare mineral. Silicon carbide is a third-generation semiconductor material that is widely used at present. It is very rare in natural formation and is currently mainly synthesized artificially. Silicon carbide high-purity powder is the raw material for growing silicon carbide single crystals using the PVT method.
