Refining Function and Industrial Application Value of FeSi75

 

FeSi75 Alloy is produced by melting quartzite, coke, and steel scrap in high-power electric furnaces under strict process control.
During steel refining, silicon reacts with oxygen to form stable oxides, significantly reducing inclusions and improving the fluidity of molten metal.
This alloy also serves as an efficient thermal agent during ingot capping, where it releases controlled heat to stabilize solidification and improve recovery rates.
