Physical properties:
Silicon calcium alloy is stable at high temperature and has excellent properties such as good conductivity, corrosion resistance and thermal stability.
The atomic weight of calcium is 40.08, the density (20℃) is 1.55g/cm³, the melting point is about 839℃, and the boiling point is 1484℃.

Applications of silicon calcium alloy:
Steel industry: used as calcium additive, deoxidizer, desulfurizer and denaturant of non-metallic inclusions.
Cast iron industry: used as inoculant and denaturant.
Power industry: manufacture power equipment such as high-temperature cables, power station transmission lines and transformer cores.
Other fields: improve the heat resistance, wear resistance and oxidation resistance of refractory materials and power metallurgical industry; used in high-temperature material production, such as glaze and pottery; used in the production of ultra-pure silicon wafers, etc.
