Surface quality of ultra high power graphite electrode

1. There are no more than two defects or holes on the electrode surface, and their size does not exceed the table below.

2. There are no transverse cracks on the electrode surface, and the width of 0.3-1.0mm longitudinal cracks, the length of which is not more than 5% of the electrode circumference, and the longitudinal cracks with a width of not less than 0.3mm are not counted.

3. The black skin area on the electrode surface, the width is less than 1/10 of the electrode circumference, and the length is less than 1/3 of the electrode length.
