1. Raw material factors

2. Unit thermal effect
The factors that affect the unit thermal effect are: ①The heat of chemical reaction of the charge. ②The physical heat brought into the charge. The heat of chemical reaction is mainly determined by the grade and batching quantity of materials such as ilmenite concentrate, rutile, potassium chlorate and aluminum particles, while the physical heat is mainly determined by the roasting temperature of ilmenite concentrate and rutile.

3. Allocation coefficient
The recovery rate of titanium increases as the amount of aluminum increases, but adding too much aluminum will reduce the unit heat effect of the reaction, thicken the slag, and easily cause the alloy aluminum content to exceed the standard, affecting product quality.
