Finishing must be carried out in strict accordance with national standards. Ferrosilicon should be delivered in blocks. The supplier can use lime powder or graphite slurry as the ingot mold coating. The thickness of the coating attached to the ferrosilicon product shall not exceed 1 mm. There must be no non-metallic inclusions (slag) inside or on the surface of ferrosilicon. The unqualified ferrosilicon after finishing can be returned to the furnace for use, and melting is strictly prohibited.
