High alumina brick production process

The production process of high alumina bricks and multi clinker clay bricks is similar, but the difference lies in the high proportion of clinker in the ingredients, which can reach up to 90-95%. Before crushing, the clinker needs to be sorted and screened to remove iron, and the firing temperature is relatively high. For example, when high alumina bricks such as I and II are fired in tunnel kilns, it is generally 1500-1600 ℃.

China's production practice has proven that strict selection, grading, and storage of high alumina clinker before crushing can improve product quality by using a combined fine grinding method of bauxite clinker and bonded clay.
