Electric fused brick refers to a white solid formed by using pure aluminum oxide powder (Al2O3) and zircon sand containing about 65% zirconia (ZrO2) and 34% silicon dioxide (SiO2) to melt in an electric furnace and inject it into a model for cooling. Its petrographic structure is composed of an eutectoid of corundum and zircon, as well as a glass phase. From a metallographic perspective, it is an eutectoid of corundum and zircon, with the glass phase filling between their crystals.
