TZM alloy is a molybdenum alloy with 0.50% titanium, zirconium and 0.08% remaining carbon.
TZM alloy has a higher recrystallization temperature, higher strength, harder than non-molybdenum alloy at room and high temperatures and good ductility. In addition, TZM has good thermal conductivity, low vapor pressure, and good corrosion resistance, so it can be processed.

The sintering of TZM molybdenum alloy mainly includes hydrogen-protected sintering and vacuum sintering. During the hydrogen-protected sintering process, due to the reducing effect of hydrogen, the oxides in the molybdenum powder will be reduced by hydrogen, reducing the oxygen content in the material to tens of μg/ g below.
