3. Pretreatment of zirconium wire
In the process of zirconium wire alloying, the pretreatment process is also a very important step. It usually includes several steps such as cleaning, degreasing, and pickling. The purpose of these steps is to remove surface oxides, organic matter, and impurities for subsequent processing and treatment. Improper pretreatment may have an adverse effect on the performance of the zirconium wire, and may even cause problems such as cracks and hydrogen embrittlement in the zirconium wire, reducing its reliability and service life.

4. Processing and heat treatment
After alloying, zirconium wire also needs to go through a series of processing and heat treatment processes. These processes include drawing, annealing, cold working, etc., with the purpose of optimizing the crystal structure and mechanical properties of zirconium wire. Especially for high-strength, high-plasticity zirconium wire, the control of processing and heat treatment processes is particularly important.
