We supply N4, N6 and Ni201 pure nickel strip for battery tabs, cell connections and OEM battery components. For bulk and repeat orders, we can work from your approved drawing or material specification to confirm grade, thickness, width, tolerance, temper, slit-edge requirement, coil configuration and inspection documents before production.

For industrial battery manufacturing, one approved sample is not enough. You need the same material specification to remain consistent across coils, batches and repeat shipments.

We can discuss different pure-nickel grade systems according to your drawing and purchasing specification. Do not substitute one grade for another only because the nominal nickel content appears similar.

For OEM production, nominal dimensions are only part of the specification. We also need to know the dimensional band your welding, stamping and automatic feeding process can accept.

If your line already uses an approved drawing, send the drawing directly. We can review the requested dimensions and tolerances instead of replacing them with a generic catalog size.

Battery-tab material is commonly processed into narrow strip, so slitting quality should be confirmed separately from the nominal width.

• edge or burr requirement;
• coil or reel format;
• preferred coil weight;
• downstream stamping or welding process.

Tell us how the nickel strip will be joined in production. Welding method can change which dimensional and surface items need tighter control.

If your existing welding parameters have already been validated, include the approved strip specification when requesting a quotation. This gives us a better basis for reviewing repeat-order suitability.

A sample proves that one piece can work. OEM supply requires the specification to remain repeatable across production batches.

If your quality team uses a specific incoming-inspection format, send the required acceptance items with the RFQ so they can be reviewed before order confirmation.

For automated OEM production, coil configuration can affect loading, changeover frequency and material handling.

Can you manufacture to our existing battery-tab drawing?

Yes. Send the drawing together with the material grade, thickness, width, tolerances, temper, edge requirement and welding process so the complete specification can be reviewed.

Can battery nickel strip be supplied in custom slit widths?

Custom slitting can be discussed according to your required width, width tolerance, edge condition and order quantity.

Can we require a COA for each production batch?

Yes. Put the required batch documentation into the purchasing specification so the applicable chemistry and agreed inspection items can be confirmed before shipment.

How do we maintain consistency across repeat orders?

Keep the same approved grade, chemistry limits, dimensions, tolerances, temper, surface, edge requirement and inspection basis. Compare batch records across repeat shipments.

Can we approve material before moving to bulk orders?

Sample or trial-order availability can be confirmed according to the required specification. Use the same approved material and dimensional requirements when moving into bulk production.

Does N4 automatically perform better than N6 in battery tabs?

No. The correct grade is the one required by your drawing and validated production process. Higher nominal purity does not automatically improve every battery-tab application.
