Introduction to Zhen'an ferrovanadium grades and components

Ferrovanadium grades mainly include FeV40, FeV50, FeV60, FeV80, etc., and their components mainly contain iron and vanadium, and contain a certain amount of impurities.

‌FeV40‌: The vanadium content is between 35.0% and 50.0%, and it also contains impurities such as silicon (Si) less than 2.0%, aluminum (Al) less than 4.0%, carbon (C) less than 0.30%, phosphorus (P) less than 0.10%, and sulfur (S) less than 0.10%.
‌FeV50‌: refers to an iron alloy containing 50% vanadium, that is, the vanadium content is 50%.
‌FeV60‌: The vanadium content is between 50.0% and 65.0%, and it contains impurities such as silicon (Si) less than 2.0%, aluminum (Al) less than 2.5%, carbon (C) less than 0.30%, phosphorus (P) less than 0.06%, and sulfur (S) less than 0.05%.
‌FeV80‌: refers to an iron alloy containing 80% vanadium, that is, the vanadium content is 80%. The vanadium content range can also be expressed as 75.0%~85.0%. It also contains a certain amount of impurities such as silicon, aluminum, carbon, phosphorus, and sulfur.
