Production and processing technology of silicon barium

The commonly used reduction methods for silicon barium production are lithium reduction method and substitution reduction method. Among them, the silicon barium produced by lithium reduction method has higher quality, and the silicon barium produced by substitution reduction method has lower cost. There are two main methods for processing silicon barium: hot pressing method and heat treatment method. The hot pressing method is to heat the silicon barium powder to a specific temperature and pressure for hot pressing. The heat treatment method is to anneal or sinter the silicon barium product to further improve and enhance the structure and properties of silicon barium.
