Properties and applications of lightweight silicon bricks
The light silicon brick is used for the blast part of the blast furnace, which is connected with the pump of the blast furnace, and the temperature range of the light silicon brick is between 1000 and 1300℃. It can meet the whole cycle life of hot blast stove.
Light silicon brick is also used in coke oven carbonization chamber and combustion chamber partition wall, steelmaking open hearth furnace and sludge chamber, soaking furnace, glass melting kiln, refractory materials and ceramic firing kiln. There are also vaults for furnaces and other load-bearing parts. It is also used for high temperature bearing parts of hot blast furnaces and acid open hearth tops.
