Properties of magnesia alumina spinel brick
Magnesium aluminum brick has good thermal shock stability and can withstand water cooling 20 to 25 times, or even higher. This is its most outstanding advantage than ordinary magnesium brick much better. The study shows that MG-Al brick has good thermal shock stability, because MG-Al spinel and cubic magnesite belong to the cubic crystal system, and the thermal expansion size along each crystal axis is the same, so the thermal stress generated by the expansion and contraction is relatively uniform when the temperature fluctuations

The main performance of magnesia-aluminum brick is also slightly stronger than that of magnesia-aluminum brick. Due to the high melting point of magnesia-aluminum spinel itself, the load softening temperature of magnesia-aluminum brick is improved than that of magnesia-aluminum brick, reaching 1620~1690C
