Industrial Ferrochrome
① Bulk verification sampling: When the batch size of high-carbon ferrochromium is less than 10 tons, no less than 10 small samples should be taken randomly from different parts; when the batch size of high-carbon ferrochromium is more than 10 tons, but less than 30 tons, a large number of samples should be taken randomly from different parts. 20 small samples; when the batch size of high carbon ferrochromium is more than 30 tons, no less than 30 small samples should be taken randomly from different parts.
High Carbon Ferro Chrome Low Silicon
The weight of each sample should be approximately equal, and its block size should be no less than 20*20mn. The total amount of samples taken should not be less than 0.03% of the batch. All the small samples taken should be crushed to less than 10mm, divided into 1-2kg using the quartering method, mixed and divided into two equal parts, one part for analysis and one part for retention.

② Packaging verification sampling: No less than 10% of the packages of each batch of high carbon ferrochrome should be randomly selected. Randomly select a sample of approximately equal weight from each piece, with a block size of not less than 20*20mm, and the number of samples should not be less than 8 and a maximum of 30. All removed small samples should be crushed to less than 10mm, divided into 1-2kg using the quartering method, mixed and divided into two equal parts, one part for analysis and one part for retention.
