Selection of refractory bricks in coke oven and application analysis of refractory materials in furnace body
The whole coke oven is laid on a concrete foundation. The basic structure of modern coke ovens is roughly the same, but it can be divided into many types because of the different coal loading methods, heating methods and fuel used. According to the different working conditions of each part of the coke oven, the selected refractory brick materials are silica brick, semi-silica brick, clay brick, high aluminum heat insulation brick, sillimanite brick, red brick and refractory castable and other kinds of refractory materials.
Semi-silicon bricks refer to aluminum-silica refractory products with SiO2 content greater than 65%, generally with quartz sand containing refractory clay, pyroclite and refractory clay or kaolin mineral tailings as raw materials. The expansion of semi-silicon brick after heating is not too large, and this trace expansion is only conducive to improving the integrity of masonry.
