Selection of refractory materials for carbon calcining furnace
Steam pot calciner is a calciner that indirectly heats carbon materials by burning in the fire passage. The inner lining of the fire channel is made of silica brick with good thermal conductivity and high load softening point. The calcining tank furnace is a heat exchange furnace. The inner lining of the exchange furnace is made of high aluminum lattice brick for heat exchange. Special clay brick with low porosity is selected as the inner lining material, and wear-resistant castable is selected as the combustion port.
The electrode roaster is a multi-chamber roaster. Because the bottom of the baking furnace bears the upper weight load and high temperature attack, the special clay brick is used as the lining, and the general clay brick is not good.
