5) pouring corner transition section refractory castables, and insulation board (brick) have touch surface should be paved with a layer of plastic cloth blocking to avoid water absorption. Corner difficult refractory castables can be appropriate to add the amount of torrent castables furnace bottom, but should not be too large. The use of good mobility refractory castables, tamping moment should not be too long, to avoid particle aliasing and too much water to return upward, transpiration of water to form cracks.
6) Pouring refractory castable thickness in 50mm, should choose to use the coating method of a wipe, the construction should pay attention to the castable material stuffed with steel wire mesh, there can be no gaps, the requirements of dense, and can not increase the weight. When coating, the castables should be spread out, and then smoothed with a wooden spatula, and the appearance can be rough. In order to avoid cracks, the appearance of the castables should not be calendared with iron trowel.
