High alumina brick is mainly made of bauxite clinker and other materials, after high temperature mixing, molding, drying, sintering. The alumina content of high alumina bricks varies by proportion. The general content is stable at 48%-80%, the highest alumina content can reach 90%, and the fire resistance temperature can reach 1770℃.
There are more Al2O3 in high aluminum bricks, close to neutral refractory materials, which can resist the erosion of acidic slag and alkaline slag, because it contains SiO2, so the ability of anti-alkaline slag is weaker than the ability of anti-acid slag. AL2O3 content increased, impurities decreased, slag resistance enhanced.
