Products Description
First-grade high alumina brick is a neutral refractory material with an alumina content of not less than 75%. It is formed and calcined from alumina or other raw materials with high alumina content. It has good thermal stability and refractoriness above 1770 ℃. It has good slag resistance and is mainly used for lining blast furnaces, hot blast furnaces, electric furnace tops, blast furnaces, reverberatory furnaces and rotary kilns.
Products Specifications
In addition, high alumina bricks are also widely used as open-hearth regenerative checker bricks, plugs for pouring systems, nozzle bricks, etc. Physical and chemical properties of general high alumina bricks (i.e. T-head bricks), special-shaped high alumina bricks and blast furnace bricks

1. Compressive strength: According to customer comparisons, first-level high alumina bricks are generally 10~15 MPa higher than second-level high alumina bricks at the same weight and same aluminum content.

2. Thermal conductivity: Under the condition of unit temperature gradient, the heat flow rate through the unit area of the material is related to the porosity.

3. Impact resistance: Good impact resistance means long service life.

4. Slag resistance: the ability to resist the erosion of molten slag at high temperatures without being destroyed.
