Products Description
The production process of refractory bricks is crushing-mixing-molding-firing-packaging-shipping. It is a kind of neutral refractory material, which is made of bauxite or other raw materials with high oxide content by molding and calcining. It has high thermal stability, refractoriness above 1770 degrees and good slag resistance.

Raw material
1. Refractory bricks with special grade alumina clinker as the main raw material.
2. 325 mesh fine powder of chlorite, mainly composed of Al2O3 ≥ 18%, Fe2O3 ≤ 0.5%.
3. Combined clay (Shanxi soft clay 190 mesh) mainly consists of Al2O3 ≥ 34%, Fe2O3 ≤ 1.0%.
4. Water
Powder Preparation
1. Due to the long-term open storage of high bauxite, remove the impurities and debris mixed with the outside world before production.
2. Cooked bauxite is crushed in the crushing system and sieved with 3.0mm sieve.
Requirements for particle size: ≥3mm 3-1mm ≤0.088mm 4-8% ≥60% ≤10%
3. Part of the material on the sieve is obliquely ground into fine powder by Ramon machine.
Requirements for particle size: ≤0.088mm ≥95%
4. Two production lines in one workshop are strictly separated, one is used to produce high alumina bricks, and clinker and fine powder are put into silo separately for spare parts before putting into production.
5. Weigh leaf wax stone and Shanxi clay respectively, put them into the bag for spare.
Slurry preparation
1. Ingredients:
Clinker, fine powder, clay, chlorite, water (plus)
2.Mixing:
The order of feeding, static mixing for 15 minutes, no mud and dry material in the material. (Humidity can be adjusted according to the molding conditions)
3.Molding

Refractory brick embryo body density 2.95g/cm3 brick embryo porosity: 22~23% refractory brick semi-finished size standards: when the brick embryo size ≤ 100mm, the error in ± 1mm: when the high alumina brick embryo in the 100~200mm, the error allowable range of ± 1.5mm: when the size of the refractory bricks ≥ 1.5mm: When the size of the refractory bricks ≥ 200mm, the error in ± 2mm.
